Old labels, dirt, and residue are removed from the exterior.

IBCs are manually dried and then machine-dried.

Valve inspection

Foil seal placed on valve
Foil tamper seals are applied before caps are replaced.

UN dates checked
Any UN label over 4
years and 6 months
will be removed.

Inspection label
Your laundered IBCs will be returned with QA stickers in place.
